Privacy PolicyThis privacy policy applies to www.pamdixon.com and www.jobsearchprivacy.org. PamDixon.com and its mirror, jobsearchprivacy.org, do not use cookies, and do not use "Web bugs" or banner advertisements of any kind. Because we do not use these technologies, we are unable to track how visitors move within this site. Visitors may use the sites without disclosing any personal information about themselves. We do not collect names or physical addresses from visitors; in fact, we request that you do not provide your name or physical address or any personal information to us, as we have a policy that we do not collect or ask for personal information such as names or physical addresses. We accept email addresses via this site only from visitors who want to sign up for the LTP list. (See below for more information about how we handle these email addresses.) The servers that host the included Web sites include server logs that tell us what parts of the sites are visited. The server logs include by default the IP addresses of those who have visited the site. We do not review IP addresses. Advertisements We do not accept advertisements on any of our Web sites. Job Search links and other site links These sites maintain a list of links to job search related sites. Site visitors who follow those links are then subject to the privacy policy at those sites. A link to a company from these pages does not mean that we endorse the company. The same is true of other links contained on pamdixon.com and related sites. We do not accept advertising on our sites. A Special Note About Resumes Because of the nature of the job search content on this Web site, many people send their resumes via email to us. We will answer job search questions, but we request that you do not send your resume to us unless one of us has specifically requested you to send it. Your resume contains highly personal and uniquely identifying information; when we receive unrequested resumes our policy is to delete them from the servers and our email files in order to maintain your confidentiality. Anonymous Access We fully support anonymous access using commercial anonymizing services and other anonymizing tools. If you wish to be fully anonymous and still use the LTP list, we recommend that you sign up for the list using an email address that does not disclose or suggest your real name or place of employment. Privacy Framework We follow the principles set out in the OECD Privacy Guidelines. These guidelines represent international consensus on guidance concerning the collection and management of personal information. OECD Privacy Guidelines .
